Wilson Nesbitt shortlisted for National Customer Service Awards for conveyancers

ESTAS PROPERTY CONVEYANCING AWARDS 2019 - PRESS RELEASE

Wilson Nesbitt the Northern Ireland based conveyancing firm has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by The ESTAS, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The ESTAS Group which highlights the best firms for customer service involved in the home moving process has revealed its annual shortlist for their 3rd annual Conveyancer Awards sponsored by SearchFlow.  The results are based purely on feedback data received from customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they received during the home moving process. Over 9,000 customers completed a survey providing 225,000 pieces of data relating to customer service delivered by conveyancing firms taking part.

“I think these figures prove that not only are customers happy to give feedback but many now expect to be given the opportunity to do so.  We live in a world where customer reviews are now key to the consumer decision making process, not just for hotels and restaurants but property related decisions as well” says Simon Brown founder of The ESTAS Group.

Conveyancing firms across the UK have been shortlisted regionally and nationally. For the second time suppliers to the sector have also been shortlisted, again based purely on feedback received from their clients.  The winners will be announced on 18th October at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel.  This glamorous black-tie event will be held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair London and will be hosted by TV Property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer.

Spencer said “Our job is to highlight firms who are providing exceptional levels of customer care throughout the home moving process. At The ESTAS we believe the only way to judge the performance of a conveyancer is to ask the clients who have experienced the whole service through to completion. Firms that enter The ESTAS have already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself.”

Ian Creighton, Director of the Residential Property Conveyancing department at Wilson Nesbitt said “We’re absolutely delighted to have made it on to this year’s shortlist, which is no mean feat for a Northern Ireland firm in a UK wide award scheme. We put customer service at the forefront of everything we do with the simple goal of trying to remove the stress out of what is an inherently stressful process, so we are especially proud to be shortlisted for a service award based on client feedback. This proves all the hard work the team put in has paid off”.

Katriona O’Hare, Head of Customer Experience of lead sponsor SearchFlow said “These awards have quickly become the benchmark for customer service in the conveyancing sector. With customer service being at the heart of what we stand for here at SearchFlow, we are delighted to be so closely aligned to The ESTAS and what it stands for - service excellence.  I would like to congratulate all those shortlisted in this year’s awards and look forward to seeing the winners on stage in October.”
